Frequently asked questions

I have not received my order

When in stock, goods are usually dispatched by courier within 72 hours. Goods being sent to Europe may take up to 10-14 days. Goods not in stock at the time or order can take up to six weeks to deliver. We will inform you of the delivery date upon conformation.

I have ordered the wrong goods.

Please contact us and we will give you a returns number and the address to return the goods to. You may undertake this at your own cost and liability. We can arrange for the necessary uplift to be made at extra cost and at our liability. Once the goods have been safely returned a full refund will be given. This process must be completed within 28 days of the original delivery date. A re-stocking charge may be made against items that have been ordered in specifically for a client.

The goods are faulty

Our goods are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Should your goods develop a fault within 28 days you may opt to have these replaced or refunded. We will deal with the repair of your goods after this period.

Electrical Specification

All of our goods use the 220v-240v 50 Hz British electrical system. We can supply goods conforming to other Nations standards as special order items.

Do your lights include lamps/bulbs?

Some manufacturers choose to supply their fitting with a light source. Generally speaking though, the packing is not robust enough to safely transport a fragile light source and in order to prevent damaging the actual luminaire with broken glass, they opt not to supply the source. Virtually all the light sources required to use our products are available locally at any good DIY store.
